autism and bleeding
I have a patient with autism aged 7 years. he had an attack of severe bleeding 1 month post tonsillectomy which is scientifically not related to the operation.
Is there is a relation between Autism and sudden bleeding.
Thanks

We recommend that your patient meet with a hematologist for evaluation for a bleeding disorder. We are unaware of any documented relationship between isolated autism and sudden bleeding.
