I'm a 71 yr old male and I"ve been theraputic for 7 yrs on coumadin until april when I developed a blood clot the day  after my inr of 2.4. The first doctor described it as acute, 5 days later my hemo doctor said it was chronic. Now as of this week after 5 ultrasounds and review of copies of 7 yrs new doctors opinions that the blood clot was acute not cronic (chronic). I've had 3 clots and 1 PE. This treatment started after PE 7 yrs ago. Now new recommedation is to go on Lovenox injections. Recent DNA dianogtic heterozygous 20210G>A and R506Q; Homozygous 677C>T, I have been told but can't confirm that prolong Lovenox injection causes bone deteriation. I would appreciate any information and any reccomendations. Thank you
