unable to get pregnant

Hi,

We have a down Syndrome daughter and I had her when I was 36 years Old and I had miscarriage last year (2006). Just recently I had my bloood draw for E2 level was 51.0 and FSH level was 27.8 and I am on cenestin right now to lower my FSH. And this week I another blood draw for TSH which result of 1.23 and TPO was 521 and my thyroglobulin antibody says I'm positive titer for Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Our concern is would this affect me getting pregnant? What is my chance of having another trisomy 21 for the second time? I am coming 39 years old this Jan, 2008.

thank you!
