3 week old grandson born with several problems. Goldenhar???

Newborn born with weak diaphragm that allows kydney and stomach to move up into chest, moving heart to opposite side.  One lung is developed just fine but the other is compromised. Does not warrant surgery at this stage.   Ear tags with left ear deformity and ear canal very small in that ear.  But he passed hearing tests in both ears.  White spot at edge of iris.  Tight heart shaped tongue that will need to be clipped.  Congenital scoliosis.  Could this be goldenhar syndrome?  Are there any other syndromes possible?

the diaphragm thing is congenital diaphragmatic hernia, i don't understand why  this doesn't warrant surgery? my son was born with this and was taken away from me to intensive care straight after birth and he was ventilated as he couldn't breathe on his own due to the lungs being underdeveloped, he had surgery at 5 days old, this surgery saves these babies lives! 50% of babies with CDH will survive, my son was one of these.
i don't know anything about any of the other problems your precious little grandson has i just recognised the CDH. i hope you get some answers soon xx
