Our 5 year old autistic son also has 2 copies of the A1298C MTHFR gene mutation. He takes Deplin and B-12 shots. We have been doing all of the therapies (ST, OT, ABA) and biomedical intervention for the past year. Progress is very slow. Is there anyone out there with an ASD and 2 copies of the A1298C? If so, can you share your experience? I’ve searched the internet and found info on the single copy A1298C, but nothing on the homogenous A1298C. Also is there any place to get info on this mutation
