I had an abnormal intergrated screen at 15 weeks. My AFP and Ester..were slightly low and HCG slightly high. I am 35 and they said my risk was 1: 160. I am scheduled for an genetic ultrasound next week. What would be enough soft markers for Downs to warrant an amnio? My nuchal fold translucency screen and first trimester screen were both normal, until the results for recent Quad Screen came back?
