Does Genetic Karyo type affect Pregnancy ?

I am 35 years old married man. My wife is 31 years of age. We tried for baby still not.  

We met Gynecology did around 7 IUI cycles and 1 IVF cycle.  It is noted In my genetic report taken in IVF cycle

that Karyo type is 46,XY , Yqh+. Which indicates that there is a polymorphic variant was seen on chromosome Y.  

Other than this my sperm count is average.

How this polymorphic variant affects the pregnancy ?

Hi there!

While here have been a few studies indicating that polymorphic variants may be associated with lower fertility rates, there is no conclusive evidence yet of this affecting pregnancy rates in IVF and the rates are not believed to alter much with Yqh+.
