Is there any way to stop omphalocele formation before conception

I have to terminate my pregnancy at 20 weeks ,before 15 days because the baby was having omphalocele,and also showing large cystic mass measuring 6*3 cms extending in the omphalocele in stomach,is there any way to stop this before 2nd pregnancy?I had an miscarriage last year at 7 weeks,my age is 26yrs n my husband age is 33 yrs so what to do for healthy pregnancy?
