Malabsorption and Puberty!?

How severe would malabsorption have to be during male puberty in order to inhibit the grow of more prominent facial features? Like what would the symptoms be like if it were able to inhibit the growth of face structure?

How are you? If you re referring to a genetics issue such as that of inhibiting the growth of structures in puberty, this usually occur earlier during the developmental stage. Inhibiting facial structures development at puberty is usually uncommon and may be attributed to other factors and underlying medical conditions that needs to be evaluated by your doctor.
