My Husband is HLA-B27 Positive

My husband is hla-b27 positve and I want to have kids in the future with him. He said his ex wife had 8 miscarriages and she checked out fine. Can hla-b27 make him infertile?

My Dad is HLA-B27 positive and my parents had us no problems at all......He wants us to get tested now as his ankylosing spondylitis is quite bad. Just so we know if we have passed it on to our children. He was diagnosed very late in life but all the signs and symptoms were there.
