NATURAL PROGESTERONE & HLHS

Is it safe to give NATURAL PROGESTERONE 400 mg per day in a case where first baby was born with Hypoplastic left heart syndrome.

This is second pregnancy of arond 6 week old (from LMP) and first baby could not survive as he was suffring from HLHS, please advice?
