Second cousind marraige.
Me and my boyfriend are second cousins. He's the son of my mother's cousin brother. So, is it medically ok to marry him? I'm extremely concerned about the genetic issues that may arise.

HI,
Genetic problems are known to occur in consangious marriages or marriages between blood relatives. This occurs because of sharing of chromosomes. Hence it would be best to go for genetic counselling before taking a decision.
Hope this helps.
