Trigeminal neualgia and MS

Im currently suffering from Trigeminal neuralgia but im only 17. My great aunt has Multiple sclerosis and last year my mother suffered from Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis which put her in hospital for about 4 months and she's never fully recovered. Is there a possibility that all these autoimmune disorders could be linked? If so how likely is it that ive got MS with the trigeminal neuralgia as a symptom? Ive been feeling so tired recently and have become very sensitive to heat, I cant help but wonder..

I know of no connection between these, but then I'm not a doctor.  If I were you I would meet with a Geneticist regarding this, as they are the most qualified to answer your questions.  This is very easy to do and you will learn so much about all of this.  Take care....

I forgot to ask, are you on medication for this?  There are many options for treatment for you.

There are many treatments which will take care of this, but you also need to speak with a geneticist about it.  They have the answers as to whether this could all be related, that your doctor won't.  Good luck and take care.
