Trying to get pregnant and have a 45x gene

I was diagnosed with having a 45x genetic disposition which is why I miscarry- Out of 30cells 3 or 4 had a missing gene the others did not. I was put on a high dosage of Folic Acid to help.

I have option of doing IVF to get a healthy egg but do not have the funds. I am wanting to maximize my chances to have a healthy child, what can I do and what are my chances? I now take herbs that took my fsh levels from a 23 to 10.7 and still going down. Are there foods I should stay away from, foods I should eat more of?

I can't seem to find anything on this- an article here and there but nothing how to treat it to get pregnant.

         Eat fresh vegetables, fruits, vitamin riched food esp Amla - daily once, and more water for day requirement, it will not change the mutant type but it supports the healthier will be active, even one healthy and active cell is enough.

Hi How are you? I was just reading your post and just wanted to inform a little about me I feel your story sounds a little like mine .So I get a call from my Doc. to come in and discuss my blood work results. That alone did not sound good. So now I have to see a Genetic Specialist because from what little I remember I think the Doc. inform me that 6out of my 30egss came back with genetic trait 9 meaning that their is a great chance I c...an have children with some type of birth defect or mental retardation. Now my Doc. did let me know not to freak out, that Genetic is not her area, it could be normal or not & once the Genetic Doctor clears it, I can continue on to the next step.......

Hi-

I'm new at this condition too- I think the more normal cells the higher the chances of having a healthy baby-

All I know is I am the 4th patient with this for my Dr..and he has been practicing for about 20yrs or more and was at top of his class at USC. He told me that I could try my own eggs when doing IVF and my chances are slim due to my age (43) and the genetic disposition...but "if it calls to me to try my own egg then listen to my gut". When doing the IVF they will do genetic testing on embryo's before implantation so we know up front..that way if they are not good then no waiting game and onto Egg donor. I am going to see if I can do my eggs and egg donors at same time so I can do an implantation asap and freeze something.

I'm just hoping I get a miracle and conceive naturally before my IVF in Dec/Jan due to the costs are insane ($16500 - $30,000 plus)!!! We do not have the $$ but people are donating $$ and we will apply for medical credit. Here's what ***** about this...my husbands father is loaded and his wife, husbands step-mother (all kids have same father) just bought her son and wife a 1.2 mill house!!! It's hard to see the other kids get help and not us..we just want a child...not "things". I can't think about this so I can stay calm and peaceful...all is provided for us but it SUCKSSS.

Now- this condition you and I have also comes with other problems-well lets say challenges, more positive. Hypothyroidism...do you have this?- I was diagnosed when I was 19. Here's what I want to find out..insurance covers my blood wrk and meds for thyroid BUT not fertility..so I have thyroid issue and fertility issue due to this missing gene and I think insurance should cover it. You know in some states insurance covers IVF.

I also do organic food, herbs and acupuncture. My fsh level was 23!!! Part of our condition is high fsh BUT I found a doc in Israel that has a formula for egg quality/high fsh (go to ivfherbalsupport.com) My fsh went from 23 to 10.7!!!! Wooohoooo and it still is going down. Eastern medicine believe to treat fertility through the kidneys- All my western dr.s support this- my old Dr's who didn't-got rid of them. I find that this genetic issue also causes dehydration not good for kidney's so the previous email from logesh_scientist is right..eat healthy and hydrate.

I know this is a lot and a long email- I'm doing a documentary about all this-especially the emotional roller coaster.

Do you know of anyone or have Dr's told you that there is a chance to have a healthy baby naturally?

thank you so much for your suggestion- I have been validated in the last 3 days..organic food and drink a lot of water. What is Amla? And do you know about IVF and using my own eggs?

How long have you been ttc? had any miscarriage?

Been trying for 6yrs- had 2 miscarriages- the first 2-3 yrs we did n't know I had fibroids or missing gene and husband had to have surgery for his low sperm count- after surgery- got pregnant...11wks later-heart stopped. 2yrs after that, pregnancy...9wks heart stopped and miscarried. You??
