Hi,
How are you? Can you elaborate on the bubble in your scrotum- its specific location or how long it has been there?  What other symptoms are present? This could be due to a variety of things such as nodules, cyst, tumor or skin issues like infection, irritation or allergic reaction. It is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination and your complete medical history are important. Take care and do keep us posted.
