i don't know what happen to me

i am 24 years . i am having problem from 3 , 4 month . i am having uper Abdominal pain . i am feelling Nausea and
Vomiting . i am feeling my body is so week . my stool not like narmol like before its some time dark and some time normal color and not like normal stool . becoues of this all i was dout about HB so i test about that but my report came negetive and they did other text about Gastritis ( altrasaund) and they told me i have gas and they give me some drugs but i after take that drugs also there is no change i am still having same problem please help me what i have to do? is it really gas ? i am worry about HB plesae tel me ?
