I wanted to also post some additional sites for you regarding Chromosomes.

The above site that was listed is a terrific site (I usually suggest that one also).

My question to you is, I presume you have spoken with a Genetics Specialist, to learn of your son's missing material on Chromosome 10.  Have you had any Genetics Counselling?  
Often times, with Chromosomal abnormalities, parents worry about their child's health.  Also, it is important for you to know that there are odds relating to your son passing this disorder on to his eventual offspring should he marry and want children.  Because of this possibility, you need to keep in contact with your genetics counsellor so that risk and odds can be appropriately determined.
Since there can be health risks associated with this chromosome, I suggest you also keep track of your son's medical issues yourself, so that if in future there is something that your doctor wants to know, you will have everything logged and can access it if necessary.
