Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your pain or suggest a specific relieving measure. Possibilities include trauma/ injuries like fractures, injuries to tendons/ ligaments etc, arthritis, neurovascular issues etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile you could try some OTC NSAIDS for pain relief.
