Losing a partner at 21
5 months ago my partner killed himself, I'm 21 and he was 23. It felt like my life was turned upside down but I've had counselling and I started to start feeling like myself again, until last week when I was approached by his ex girlfriend. She told me they had been sleeping together whilst we were together and that I should get tested. Turns out he actually was cheating on me and he gave me an sti. I don't know how to cope with this issue, I have so much anger inside me and nobody to take it out on! I'm at my witts end here and wandering if anyone has any methods of getting through this or getting rid of this frustration?
