MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI!
If you were my patient, I would advise you to get to a Planned Parenthood somehow and ask them to do a pregnancy test for you.  Of course it doesn't have to be Planned Parenthood, but they are going to be the coolest and most knowledgeable about how to help you in your State.
Because you are at risk, and are not having your normal periods, I would suggest having the test done by professionals--the good news is that it is hard to do a home pregnancy test incorrectly, so you are probably NOT pregnant.
The next step is to help you get your period and also some information so you can decide about what kind of birth control to use.  ALWAYS use condoms -- till you're 55!  ;)
No matter what else, don't forget about the "morning after pill" which is emergency birth control. It is available to anyone regardless of age without a prescription at most major pharmacies--you take the pill as soon as you can after sex to prevent pregnancy.
Tell all your friends too!
Good luck!
