3 months follow up

4cm sized thin-walled cyst is identified in the right ovary. the size and shape are essentially unchanged since the previous exam of 10/14/10. resolution of two small follicles at the inferior pole of the right ovary.

in the left ovary is about 2.3 cm sized thin-walled cyst has develope since the previous exam.

retroverted orientation of the uterus without a fibroid.smooth endometrium is about 8mm in thickness without a polyp. no adnexal pathology.
this is my new u/s for 3 month follow up how do you see these results im hving some pain both sides of pelvis.

the cyst is on the whole right ovary..so the whole right ovary would have to be removed and since im only 40 shes says she would keep an eye on it...and yes i have endometriosis so they say i have never been checked for it. i am waiting for  removal because i dont want to be on medication. i already take meds for fast heart rate...im  having lots of pain with this months menstral lots of clots and lower pelvic pain right side to back...
    Thank you

Hi!
Your doctor sounds like she is doing everything right.  An unchanged small cyst usually does not require surgery.  It probably does not explain your pain either, but if you were my patient,   I would likely offer laparoscopic removal at this point. I would also try to treat any visible endometriosis implants. Surgery would be my next step, although I would not guarantee that it would change your pain drastically.
Hope this helps!
