Bleeding too much!

Bleeding too much!

Please help! I am 24 years old and since october have had really erratic periods and bleeding. Fir almost all months I have had 2 periods a month lasting 3-5 days each time.
Because of my age I have yet had a smear test. I have had clamidia test and thats clear. I have one child who I two, but have been told I have low ovarian reserve, with results of AMH 6.2 and FSH 9.2.
Any information you could give would be greatly appreciated!

Hi!
First of all, in the US, we recommend beginning pap testing at age 21.  I would definitely suggest that to you if you were my own patient,  Your bleeding is more likely to be a consequence of a hormonal imbalance than of cancer though.
If you were my patient, I would also test thyroid and prolactin studies.  You are very likely not ovulating regularly.  What to do about that depends upon what you want --
if another baby is your goal, then I would definitely recommend that you try NOW. FSH almost never improves with age.
If you don't want a baby right now, oral contraceptives would be one excellent way to reduce the bleeding.  A Mirena IUD is another option.
Hope this helps!
