Burning vagina pain after sex and even when peeing, PLEASE help.

I dont know if this is the right section but i need some help. This problem has been going on for far too long! When i first started having sex with my boyfriend everything was fine, until a few weeks later and then i got this very painful burning sensation after sex. Its like a painful burning sensation continously with sharp pains that come every few seconds and this lasts for about 5 minutes after sex. I used to get it every time afterwards so bad that it'd put me in tears. I hate going to the doctor so have been putting this off for a while. My partner has had other sexual relationships although has said that they were all virgins and used a condom with them also. This is a very bad pain and has made me very sensitive in that area, and when i pee and it touches the vagina its very sore. Even opening my legs when i went to the toilet was very very painful, i used to squeeze my legs together slightly so that it wouldnt hurt as much. About 3 weeks ago me and my boyfriend decided we were going to stop having sex (for personal reasons and the pain) and over that time period the sensitivity went down and when i peed it only hurt a little bit. However last night i had sex again and the pain afterwards was unbearable. Just to make it clear, we also make sure we're lubricated and relaxed before we have sex, i think it's an internal problem. If anyone has had anything like this before PLEASE help. Any natural remedees or over the counter medicines i can try would be amazing.

Thank you so much!

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would ask you to come in for an evaluation.  I really think that you should be tested for STDs.  Who knows if your boyfriend's other partners were honest with him.  We'll assume that he has been honest with you.

I would also want to perform a pap smear if indicated and a wet mount looking for yeast, BV, trichomonas, etc.

Your symptoms certainly sound infectious which is actually a GOOD thing, because then you can be treated and start feeling better soon.

Go see your doctor -- we're not all that bad!!!
