Cramps with no period

I'm not due to get my period for about 14 days but I am getting really terrible period like symptoms I have heavy cramping back aches bloating fatigue and head aches I am really worried because this has never happened to me before . Someone please help ! Thanks

Hi!
Your symptoms are fairly non-specific, and certainly could be caused by Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  Alternatively, you could be having an "off" cycle.  This happens fairly commonly, and usually sorts itself out given time.
Check out IBS and see if you feel it might apply to you.
