Cramps with no period?

Hello,
I am 25 yrs old and have been on the depo shot for 10 yrs now. I pretty much don't get a period anymore except for every once in a while when my depo is due. I never get cramps with my period, but sore breasts only. This time around, my depo was due in a few days and my breasts were getting sore so I figured I would get my period this time. It is now 4 days later and all I have had is the sore breasts and extremely bad cramps. As I said, I don't hardly ever get cramps and the couple of times I did it was only while I was actually bleeding. I'm a little worried because I have these awful awful cramps that almost immobilize me, and wake me up at night, yet there is no blood at all. Should I be worried?

If you received your Depo on time you shouldn't be worried pregnancy at least.  I don't know if I can explain your pain.  If the pain becomes severe and persistent see your ob/gyn.
