If you read the doctors response you would know that there are only two things they can tell by a physical exam.  If the hymen is still intact (virgin) and whether or not they have given birth.  Women's labia's come in all different shapes and sizes.  Just because they are a little bigger does not mean she is stretched out and had lots of partners.
