Endometruim Lining

I have e-regualar periods for a year.  I have been going back and fourth with doctor appointments.  A week ago i had a ultrasound they found that my Edometruim lining is thining out.  What causes that and what are some treatments?  I have been trying to get pregnet for a yerar.

I wonder if they meant your lining is too thick?  Irregular periods are caused by irregular ovulation.  Irregular ovulation makes it difficult to conceive too.  If someone has irregular periods, they often develop a build up of tissue inside the uterus which makes the lining look thick on ultrasound.
The two most typical causes are PCOS and peri-menopause.
If you were my patient, I would check thyroid functions, prolactin and progesterone levels, also FSH.
If you are young and have a low FSH, I would then try you on some medications such as Metformin and Femara to help you ovulate more regularly.  This will help with the lining as well as speed up the time to conception.
