HELP!! Flying after surgery

HELP!! Flying after surgery

I had an infected cysit removed on Sunday at 6pm... the surgery went very well... there is one problem...
It was unexpectadly done in Poland on what should have been the day I was going to return home to Canada!

Now... It's Thursday night and I have convinced my parents to buy me a ticket home for Monday (7 days post op)... Even though I was told to wait atlast10 days....

I want to know what I can DO NOW to help ensure my safety?

BTW I am 20, feeling really, really good so far! Eating full meals and going to the bathroom regularly... :)
I'm just really home sick!!! And broke... I need to get back to work!

Thanks!
Vicki

Hi!
No problem, just get help with your luggage!  You will be fine unless you "pop" something by straining to hard with heavy suitcases.
Good luck!

If you wear support stocking and you have asked the doctor you should be ok,I had a total hysterectomy and four weeks after I fly out to turkey to stay with my brother,it was the best thing I did, just make sure you get help with your bags, most airports are great,I fly from birminahm and they could not do enough for me.you be fine you need to be home with your family and friends best of luck.
