Help with Post-Hyster. Pathology Report

My Dr. said this is a normal finding, as far as I can see it is not. I had a TAH & BSO. on the 8th of May for Endo and Adenomyosis. When the Patholigy report came back among other findings it said,"Fallopian Tube Bilateral..Acute and chronic Salpingitis, mild with focal areas of Glandular Atypia Consistant with In-Situ Carcinoma. No evenence of infiltration noted" My Dr. sent in the same sample  for a second opinion their finding was "The patchy hyperchromasia of the tubal lining epithelium accompanied by the nuclear enlargment and mild stratification is concerning, but there is scant mitotic activity, no severe nuclear atypia. or papillae formation. These changes are present in a backround of acute salpingitis superimposed on cronic (chronic) salpingitis, and a reactive rather than dysplastic process is favored"  "if concerns persist, a p53 stain in conjunction with a proliferation marker such as Ki67,on paraffin embedded tissue may prove helpful. We urge caution in interpretation of Ki67 in this case given the significant inflammatory activity."My Dr. said this was a common finding. Should I seek another opinion on this. I am scared that my post hyster. pain could be mistaken as such for a long time and that any cancer left in that area would go undetected.
