Hi!
IF you were my patient, I would advise you that there are some things that you can do to help lower your blood pressure, but hypertension may not completely respond to conservative measures, and you may ultimately end up on medication.  You can try regular mild exercise (swimming is really good).  Relaxation technique such as yoga can bee really good too.  Additionally, avoid added salts in food until you  know the cause of your hypertension.
