Lower back pain and anemic

What causes low blood count, lower back pain, and suggested that their is some type of blood loss? I was wondering since when I had my hysterectomy the left one of my fallopian tubes to keep producing estrogen could I possiblely have some internal bleeding from that?  I did have a little spoting for maybe a couple times. Also I had my hysterectomy in 1997.

Hello,

Your fallopian tubes were not left in to produce estrogen, that would be your ovaries.  The tubes do not produce hormones.  I suggest you see a physician and have them discuss with your their thoughts on the possible causes of your pain and low blood count.

Best regards,

Dr. Downing
