Lymph Nodes during Menstruation

I have noticed the past couple of months that my lymph nodes become tender and swollen during mestruation and ovulation.  The lymph nodes that I have noticed are in my neck, under arms, and bends of my legs.  My cycles are normal.  I feel run down during these times as well.  What should I be concerned about?

Hello,

Feeling "run down" during your menses is quite normal and is a common premenstrual complaint.  I'm not sure what to make of your tender lymph nodes.  Perhaps a visit to your doctor when these symptoms are present will be helpful.
