No period

I been off the shot since October 1st and I was thinking that stress is maybe a reason why I haven't gotten my period yet and before I got on the depo provera shot I always got my period on the 10th of every month I wanted to know if I should wait to the 10th and see what happens..

If you were my patient, I would advise you that when someone stops depo it is completely unpredictable when the periods will resume.  It could be anywhere from one to 18 months.  Remember that you will ovulate before you have the period, so you should consider using a different method of contraception if you don't want to be pregnant.
