Pain in rectum after abortion

I had an abortion about 1 week ago and now am experiencing pain in my rectum when I urinate, try to pass stool or gas. Is this normal from the abortion? I was 7 weeks when procedure was performed surgically and had 3 c-sections prior. I was on antibiotics for 5 days to prevent infection as well.

If you were my patient, I would be concerned about a peforation of the uterus.  ( A hole made in the uterus when the procedure was performed ).  It is quite possible that your uterus is scarred forward after the c-sections and that is why the peforation happened in the back.  I would strongly advise you to contact the clinic where you had the procedure, OR your private doctor whichever you feel most comfortable with -- SOON.
