Painful bumbs

Sunday, staying the night with my boyfriend, I woke up and my libia majoria was itching like crazy! That's Monday night, I noticed a few mosquito bite like bumbs on my libia majoria. They're extreamlu painful to move around and if any fluid touches them. I've been with my boyfriend for a while now and we have sex about 3-5 times every other day. It's not Thursday and we had sex for the first time since the bumbs apeared and it was extreamly painful. I even bleed a little! It feels like I ripped my vagina opening. I set up a gyno appointment but it's not for two weeks. I'm freaking out! Gross I know, but I had my sister look at them and she says razor burn or rough sex.. Which we do have extreamly rough sex and sometimes I'm not all the way wet, not to mention my boyfriend is packing! There's no bumbs or anything inside my vagina, just around the libia majoria next to my vagina. HELLPPP!

If you were my patient, I would be most suspicious of a yeast infection.  I would also recommend testing for STIs including chlamydia, herpes, and hpv.
IF my testing confirmed yeast, I would treat with Diflucan and NOT anything topical.
In the meantime while you are waiting for your appointment, you can use Crisco (yes, that's what I said!) topically for relief from itching and burning.
I might also suggest a lubricant for intercourse in the future.  Look on the net, there are some that even come in different scents and flavors. ;)

Well I went to the doctor and I had razor burn that got staph infection. I was put on antibiotics and I'm all healed. Thanks for your help though.
