Painful tiny skin tone bumps near buttocks and genitals

Two weeks ago my boyfriend performed manual stimulation on I guess I wasn't lubricated enough and I became irritated. It's not an STD because we've never had intercourse and I'm a virgin. I noticed my inner labia was raw and red so I took warm baths and applied A+D ointment to the area. Now it's cleared up. A few days ago I felt tiny painful bumps from near my outer labia to close to in between my buttcheeks (about 2 inches down or so). It hurts more when walking or adjusting body when sitting. I looked in the mirror and all I could see were tiny skin tone bumps clustered together. I also applied A+D ointment to the area but it doesn't seem to be helping. Yesterday I noticed my lymph nodes near my groin are tender to the touch but I currently am on my menstrual cycle. I'm very afraid I may have and STD/STI infection because the symptoms were not immediate like the friction I mention above. Could this be a rash of some sort? It's the holidays and I have no way to see my gynecologist until possibly Monday or even later. PLEASE help!

Hi!
It is quite UNlikely that you have an STD.  Much more likely, you have folliculitis.  This occurs when the hair follicles get infected, often due to shaving in the area.  If you were my patient, I would take a look, and possibly prescribe some topical antibiotic.  I would test for STDs if you really wanted it done (can't hurt!).  Also, you might want to invest in a lubricant such as Replens, or Astroglide, etc. for the next time you two are together.
Hope this helps!

What about the tender lymph nodes in my groin? Could that be cause by the folliculitis?
