Pimple like things

I hope this is the right place to ask this kind of thing....

So I've been noticing that sometimes I get these pimple like formations on around my outer labia. They're not painful or anything but I'm kind of worried since I get these sporadically. Like, not every month or anything, just randomly. i'm worried i might have an infection or something? is this normal? should i be worried!?

ps: i know it's not an std or anything because i'm not sexually active.

Hi!
I see this condition often, and suspect that what you have is folliculitis.  This happens even more commonly in persons who shave in that area.  Little hair follicles get infected briefly, and usually resolve on their own.  It is nothing to worry about if it is only occassional and goes away on its own.  In some cases I have prescribed Cleocin T for patients of mine--it is a topical antibiotic and sometimes helps to reduce the numbers of  "bumps" or help them clear faster.

hello I was concern about this faul smell I got going on.i a few months ago I went got a pap smear and std check my pap smear came back normal.and they didn't call me for Std's so I assume I was okay yet I have this weird smell I've only had him as partner for the last 6 to 7months
