Possibility of Asgus being Adenocarcinoma

Hi, I am 36 y/o female. At 18, I had was believed to be then a abnormal pap, and Leep procedure done. Two kids with no problems with pregnancy. (16 and now 13). 03, Since that time never had any other cervical issues. However it began 02, Dx w/HSV-2 but have not since had any outbreaks. 07, Ca-125 test for hemmorrhagic cysts -results 9.9
Now, Oct 08, HPV, highrisk ,april 09,abnormal pap- pos, w/culposcopy HPV risk mixed 59-84
No endocervical transformation zone component present
asc-us.
Follow up abnormal pap CIN 1 12/09  and then culposcopy again;
Low Grade squamous Intraepithelial lesion encompassing HPV/mild dysplasia  cervical CIN 1 cannot exclude HSIL
abnormal pap test-
atypical glandular cells AGC, favor endocervical in origin

I have used 2 GYN, one in which I had a culpo done in January of this she told me it was fine, and my new one who stated that she wants to do endocervical biposy, cause she is concerned.

I have stayed on top of all of this issues over the years, making sure that I went to and did all my follow ups.
Can it progress since december so quickly?
And what are the chances that it could adenocarcinoma insitu
Please be very blatant. I realize that this may have been perptuating for years, Is there any procedure that is better than a leep, she is also suggesting a partial hysterectomy because this is being so stubborn,
I dont smoke and other than diet controlled HTN I dont any major health issues. I do however have an extremely high stress job (law enforcement).

Hi!
HPV can act just like that!  I'm glad to hear that you are not a smoker, and good for you for keeping on top of the issue.  You have prevented yourself from having cervical cancer.
If you were my patient, I would do a deep LEEP procedure, followed by an endocervical biopsy, followed by an endometrial biopsy.  This is probably overkill, but there is something going on up in the canal of your cervix, and this combination would almost certainly give us the answer.
Then, if you wanted a vaginal hysterectomy, so that you wouldn't have to deal with this problem any more, I would certainly not hesitate to do the procedure for you.
One other thing, sometimes HPV flares when the immune system is weakend for some reason, so you may want to take a multivitamin (A is a good vitamin for helping to fight HPV) and do all the other good things ( eat right, get enough rest, etc) that help your immune system fight the virus.
