Scared despair

my lmp was feb 15, I tested positive last week of march, the doctor couldnt see anything when she did intravaginal ultrasound, she had me take hcg test and she said it was high enough for us to see something, to rule out ectopic, she had me go for high density ultrasound, although the us showed nonectopic, but they only saw yolk sac, I wonder if possibly I had an empty sac situation, i already miscarried but am very distraught, please help

Sorry to learn of your miscariage. It does sound like you had an empty sac.  I hope that somehow gives you peace of mind.
There is a condition called blighted ovum in which the sac develops but no baby.  This is quite common and we don't know why it happens.  Obviously there is no way this can turn out well, and always ends in miscarriage.
The good news is that many if not most women have subsequent healthy pregnancies/babies.
