Should i be worried??

Hi, I'm a 20 year old student and recently found a lump on what i tink is my cervix. it's quite large, hard and round. I have an appointment with my doctor but dont know if this is normal or not and don't want to embarrass myself by saying it to her in case it is nothing.

i am wondering if you can help me please i had a lap in feb 08 and i was diagnosed with endo so they lasered it off and removed a cyst they then fitted me with the mirena coil which is ok at times but does cause discomfort and has caused me to gain weight i now want to have it removed which im doing on the 25th april so i can get pregnant later on in the year do i need to go on any medication meanwhile in case the endo returns pls help im most confused and worried about having it removed what might happen? as i was told within 9 months of having lap is the best time to get pregnant as your most fertile is this true?
