Tubes tied missed period crampy

Hi, I had my tubes tied 5 months & have had 4 regular periods since.  Currently, I am 20 days late for my period & have been crampy for 11 days in a row.  I sometimes have lower back and pelvic pain but nothing to crazy.  I've had 7 negative HPTs & a negative blood test.  My dr's office isn't concerned but I still am.  Can u give me some advice?

I'm "with" your doctor's office on this one--it is very common for women to have an "off cycle" now and then.  It may be that you didn't ovulate this month for some reason (Stress?) and therefore don't have your period on time.  If you were my patient, I would repeat the pregnancy test, and give you a prescription for progesterone to start your period.  This wouldn't be absolutely necessary, as your period will most likely eventually come on its own, but it might give you some peace of mind in the meantime.
