Unsure what to think

Hello, I am a 28yr old married with 1 son who is 5 had a miscarriage april 06 have irregular cycles (today im on day 51). Been tested since miscarriage for infertility but have not found any answers (besides me being overweight Yes I have lost weight sicnce then). I just went to a new gyno on Aug 12th, he did a vaginal ultrasound, paptest, preg test and prescribed me provera to bring on my period. It is now aug 25th and ive been nausea for the last few days and today i had vomitted twice. (The baby (preg test/ultrasounds) didnt show up till i was 8 weeks prgnant (the preg test and blood test showed neg till 8 weeks) we found out that we were pregnant through ultrasound (wich the baby had no heartbeat) and 2 weeks later I miscarried).
Could I be pregnant? OR is this just a side effect of provera? (I took provera from aug 12th to aug 16 and they said my period show show anywheree from 2-10 days but im on 9 days after adn have been cramps like its coming but nothing is here). Also, he said my uterine lining or whatever it is was kind of thick........is that a bad thing?
Well thank you for the answers...........I know it probably wont have an answer to anything (just like the rest of my life journey). But thanks in advance!!

Provera like many hormones, can cause nausea and vomiting.  So I can't let if you are vomiting because you are pregnant or if it is a side effect from the Provera.  If you think that you could be pregnant I would stop Provera and call your gynecologist.  Provera can cause birth defects in the fetus and should not be taken during pregnancy.  But it sounds like the probably that you could be pregnant is low given that you have not had a period for 51 days.  But I would side with being cautious had stop the Provera until you make sure that you are not pregnant.

In some women who don't menstrate, their problem is that they lack estrogen which builds up the uterine lining.  This isn't your problem and in fact, from what you have written your lining might be on the thick side.  Having a thick endometrial lining over a long period of time, can cause problems by increase the risk of uterine cancer.  This is why your gyncologist started you on Provera to try to induce a period and shed this uterine lining.  But as I stated above, I would stop Provera and go see your doctor.
