What could be wrong with me?

What could be wrong with me?

I am 36, never pregnant, I have about few weeks feelling tireness, tender breast, nauseas, ect, the pregnancy test is negative, prolactin 21.32 ng/ml, FSH 4.32 ng/ml, estradiol 174 pg/ml, DHEA 329 (all performed at day 11 of the cycle am very regular), 1st sonogram uterus 7 cm, endometrial stripe 6.7 mm, this month the sonogram was repeated at same time of the cycle after irregular color and limited menstruation, and I got uterus almost 10 cm with endometrial stripe 10mm, no cyst or lession, again the test came negative. Is there any chance I could be pregnant and maybe is too early  to determine or could it be as they said mental desires of having a baby, because honestly my breast is bigger, tender, darker and i feel strange. I do have policystic ovaries, but ovulation was verified in January and my fallopian tubes unlock last year. My last menstruation was different and very bright color, never intense red as always.

Hi!
Anything is possible, but I would say that pregnancy in this scenario is pretty darned unlikely.  Even very early on (4-5 weeks) there should be some changes in the endometrium suggestive of pregnancy, not to mention that the tests should be coming out positive.  I ALWAYS reccommend repeating the test to be on the safe side.
One thing of note is that your FSH level is quite low.  It is a little difficult to interpret the level because they are usually performed on CD 3, but a low FSH is a sign that there are still lots of eggs in the ovaries.
Good luck!
