HI!
I hope by now you have visited your MD!  It sounds like you have cystitis for one thing.
That is an infection in the urinary bladder.  In most cases that can be cleared up fairly quickly and easily with antibiotics.  It is usually best ( in my opinion) to have a urine culture done to identify the organism that is causing the infection.
The itching and redness sounds like yeast which is quite likely to get worse when you take antibiotics for the UTI.  If you were my patient, I would give you a diflucan tablet right away, and a second one to take after you finished the antibiotic.  For fast and easy relief from the irritation while waiting for the medications to work, I usually recommend Crisco (yes that's right!). It can be applied topically to the irritated areas and provides relief from the itching and burning.
By the way, I also ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test if there is any possibility of that--I wouldn't want to miss a tubal pregnancy--which is one thing that could be causing the abdominal pain.  A UTI could also do it.
I hope this is helpful!
