Will low risk hvp make a risk infection worse?

First off I am not the patient I am the boy friend of her. In Sept. my girlfriend got a PAP done and it came back abnormal, the doctors told her to wait 6 months and do another one. 6 month pass and she gets another pap and the infection is still there, and they have typed it as HVP 18 (High Risk). I am her first partner so I gave her the infection. What I am concerned about is that I have a gentile wart (low risk), and the doctors didn't tell her that there was also a low strain present. In fact she told her doctor do that I had a wart and the doctor was shocked and seemly concerned, but didn't say anything. My question is would the low risk strain I have make my girlfriends CIN worse, or will it not effect it at all.

I have done plenty of resreach but this one thing that I could find info on. Can you please help me.

No, the low risk strain won't make anything worse.  It is quite likely that both of you already have two (or more) types of the virus.  Multiple types of HPV often travel together.

The low risk strains more commonly cause genital warts, and the high risk strains more commonly cause dysplasia (CIN).
It is quite common for the virus to be detected in young people, and for it to be "cleared" by the immune system as people get older.  It is not cured, but dormant.

Both of you need careful follow up to keep an eye on the virus, but will most likely clear it given time.
