about marriage with relatives

i dont know whether to ask this question on this forum or not,,but i hope u cud answer it......iam in love with a girl who is one of my relatives.....she is my mom's brother's daughter,,and she is also B+ve blood grouped...iam also the same..what problems arise if we marry and go for children...Is their any remedy so that the problems can be avoided???....i strongly love her and the case is the same from other side too..plsss help me on this doc....

The term you are looking for is consanguinity, which refers to the property of being from the same genetic lineage as another person.  You would be at an increased risk for chromosomal disorders as this woman is your first cousin.  

Bottom line is it is not a good idea to reproduce with this one and in some states, to attemtp to marry may actually be breaking the law.
