anal pain

I had my first child six months ago,ever since I have been having heamoroid and abdominal pain.each am having sex I feel a terrible pain in my anus and I see blood in my vagina after having sex.pls what is wrong with me.

If you were my patient, I would definitely want you to come in for a check up.  Something does not sound right!  Hemorrhoids are very common after child birth, and certainly can cause bleeding, usually with bowel movements.  Abdominal pain and bleeding with intercourse are not typically normal, and ought to be sorted out.  If you were my patient, I would start with a thorough exam and possibly an ultrasound.  The provider who delivered your baby could probably help you with this.
