bumps

I have found too hard lumps on the flaps of my vagina, they are next to each other on one side and wondered what they were. Never had them before, but if I remember rightly they appeared after a very rough sex session. Do you have any idea what they may be and should I go to the doctor and get them checked out

It sounds to me like you may have sebaceous cysts.  If so, they commonly persist and rarely resolve. They also rarely cause major problems either.  I always think it is best to get something diagnosed ( an alternative condition could be vulvar cancer or dysplasia).  If they bother you, they could easily be lanced and drained.
