can a D&C help heavy contiues bleeding?

I have been taking the depo now for 6 months. Can a d&C help with the build up of estrogen that is in my body?

Hi!
Usually a D&C doesn't do much good if you have been on depo for that long.  The good news is that most women stop bleeding within the first year, so you may be almost there.
If you want to stop bleeding right away, ask your doctor to give you birth control pills.  You can take 2-3 per day until the bleeding stops, then taper off to one per day to finish the pack.
Of course I don't know your history, so you may not be able to take them--be sure to ask your doctor!
