can this cause preg i need info

anyone with personal experience or if you are a gynecologist or alot more knowledge than me on this field plz help,, i need info,, not just simple yes or no,,,

1. she said she had her tampon in! (thats what she told me,,,)

2. it was her tme of month and said moderate flow something

3. she had laced pantie on

4. i c.u.m ON her pantie

5. she was wet and she wore her tight jeans right after for like 40min
or more and took a bath

6. she said it soaked through but was dried,, she felt it was dried..

but i still want to know plz help any info would be nice plz

side question,,, do girls put in their tampon soon as they start their
period?

anyways i don't think this can cause preg but i still want to know...

Hi!
Your question is vague.  Typically a woman will use a pad or a tampon when she has her period, and usually she does use it as soon as she notices the flow. If I understand you correctly, you ejaculated on her underpants and want to know if this could cause a pregnancy. The answer is it would be extremely unlikely.
